that property management is a specialized field, loaded with
liability issues. Many firms will not allow their Agents to
handle rental properties for that reason. Our continual goal is

all noticing, drive by inspections, arranging for agreed upon

proceedings, such as an eviction proceeding, it will cost you

written notice, (with no penalty).
