Do you
have tenants available to fill my rental? |
|
Affinity is currently taking several calls from tenants
weekly. Sometimes we have to turn good tenants away
because we do not have the units available. Our current
problem is having too many good tenants, and not enough
rentals to manage. |

Do you
have rentals available in my price range? |
|
There are three ways that we can use to find you a
rental. The first, most obvious way, is matching you
with one of the rentals we manage. If we cannot find a
match for you there, we have access to the MLS and will
search the database for rental units you are seeking.
If we still cannot find a rental for you, we will refer
you to another company that has a rental matching your
needs. We are concerned with your satisfaction and our
reputation; we will do whatever it takes to get you the
rental you seek. |

What
do your services cost? |
|
There is no charge for tenants (aside from usual
application fees). Property owners can expect to pay
5-10% based on the number of units, services used,
condition of the property, etc. Give us a call to
discuss your specific needs. If you are simply looking
for a tenant to fill your rental, our usual charge is
one month’s rent. Don’t forget, our tenants are
guaranteed! |
